Professional service kept appointment prompt serviced 2 AC and Heating units thoroughly cleaned all parts leveled off Freon. Rich owner was there said to call him back in a month or so and they would check the systems, I called they came next day system was checked and working perfect. Very Honest and Reliable recommended by a friend and I will pass it on.

I had a so called tech show up to my house in a personal vehicle. He did some cleaning of my condenser I'll give him that. Then he claimed to put 8lbs of freon in my system wich is alot!!!!. Then he proceeded to check my air temp wich I told him it wasn't correct. Then charged me $755.00 dollars for a service call an freon. I paid np and gave the service tech a $45.00 tip. At the end of the day my ac still didn't work. I asked for half of my money back and that fell on deaf ears. Let's be fair here. I find that this company is full of low life greety ppl. Horrible service very unprofessional. I would never ever recommend this company they are the worst!!!!!!!!!!! Bottom line customers beware of this company.

I started using A Comfortable Solution a couple of years ago based on a recommendation from a friend. Prompt, courteous service.

Last Labor Day weekend, my central air conditioner stopped working after 12 years. I called Rich at 5 in the afternoon - he had his technician Christian out to my home the next morning. Turned out to be a simple fix. I don't think you'd get that kind of response from PSE&G with their Worry-Free contact!

April 2019 - They were at my home to do a Spring Start-Up to check the system and it needed a refrigerant charge. Their cost for refrigerant and labor was reasonable and much less than PSE&G!

This review is a little late but it's still worth posting.

In late-May, a month after the Spring Start-Up, the A/C system was running warm. I called Rich and he sent Christian out to check the system. The system had a slow leak. I'm thinking that its going to cost a small fortune to replace the system, but Christian is the "AC Whisperer". He went over the outdoor unit for about an hour when he discovered the filter-dryer unit had a pinhole leak. The next day, Christian and Rich came out to remove the old filter-dryer unit and solder in a new one. Long story short, this fixed the leak! What could have been a costly replacement A/C system job turned out to be a less costly repair - even less than what I expected to pay!

Its now July and the A/C is running nice and cold!

First of all, Rich (the owner) was great from the moment I called! He tried to help determine my electric heater or (P-Tac as I later learned it's called) issue by walking me through a possible solution on the phone, Someone needed to come out so he sent his employee (also Rich) who arrived within the hour. They fixed the problem with knowledge and care, even gave recommendations for the future to prevent air flow from being inhibited. This was a great experience overall. Very helpful and affordable... well worth the efficiency I'm left with. A shotty company could have easily come in and told me I needed all new units, costing me a fortune... Thankfully this was NOT the case with A Comfortable Solution. They took the time and patience to correctly fix my heating problem right in time for winter!

SCAM ARTISTS!!! If I could give zero stars I would.. my Portuguese speaking family got their central air installed last year and got charged a couple grand for it. A couple months later the duct started leaking. We called to have a new one installed and we were told no, the drain lines were clogged, we just need to drain it... over 500$ later and a week later it starts leaking again... now the in the 90 degree weather the central air has completely stopped working... we call and call and email as well, and we have not received so much as a call back. We called other companies to see what's wrong and apparently they have installed a discontinued model last year and now they need to pay another 5,000$ to get a brand new central air system. These people do not answer their phones, their voicmall is now full, and my 90 year old grandmother is sitting in 100 degree weather. This is just the beginning of us trying to get this resolved. We will not stop until this situation is finalized. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the headache and go with someone else.
