I can't express my gratitude to Anna! For 11 years I couldn't look at pictures or even talk about my first child, the love of my life Buttercup! She was the dog that taught me empathy and was the best fur baby anyone could ever ask for. It's a long story, but I felt like was a terrible mom and would just sob when ever I thought about her. So I just tried not to think about her, or look at pictures. Anna was so spot on with everything she said, from start to finish. I no longer feel that guilt. I am able to celebrate her and talk about her and I know that she is happy and with me ALWAYS! Anna is a life changer. It is one of the hardest things a pet parent has to go through, the death of our babies. There is just not enough time! But Anna really does bring a calmness and enlightenment to these kinds of situations. Thank you so much Anna!!!! I recommend so many people to you now! Your amazing! I am so glad you exists!!!!!!

I was connect to Anna recently by a mutual friend and I am ever so grateful! This woman has brought nothing but awesomeness to my life! An incredible yoga teacher, truly connected and guided from the most pure of intentions and just such a lovely and supportive human being! I enjoyed my first yoga class at A Fine Balance during the holiday break and I can’t wait to attend more classes! Such a wonderful and place where you can be exactly who you are! ❤️

I have been seeing Anna for Intuitive Coaching for over 2 ½ years. I can’t say enough about what an integral part of my life she has become. For a long time I hid my interests and beliefs for fear of not being “normal”. She helped me cultivate those interests and beliefs and I have become more confident in who I truly am as a person. She has helped me step outside of my comfort zone on countless occasions to achieve goals and overcome deep fears. She pushes me in ways that are so supportive and loving, it doesn’t even feel like I’m being pushed. She makes me want to take the leap of faith. I have also had the pleasure of taking yoga with Anna. She makes everyone in class feel at ease and the best version of themselves. As someone who gets anxious in groups, she totally eases my mind and makes me feel like I am the best yogi in the world and I completely forget I was nervous. I have also had Reiki healing from Anna and it’s such an enjoyable experience. I leave feeling calm, balanced and refreshed. I can’t recommend Anna and A Fine Balance Wellness enough. Whatever you’re looking to change or get some clarity on, Anna will be the most supportive member of your team.

I have been to a few yoga studios and have never had the experience that I have had with Anna and the amazing community here. It's a beautiful space with fantastic energy. Other studios, I would find my mind wandering and trying to find a clock counting down the minutes until class was over- but not here. Time flies by and I truly enjoy every moment. The community here is welcoming, supportive, nurturing- a home away from home. A sanctuary of pure bliss, connection, and freedom 💗

My first time doing yoga was this week at the studio and it was truly such an amazing and calming experience that everyone should try. Anna made everyone feel so comfortable and relaxed, the atmosphere of the studio is also incredible, filled with things that make you feel good. I can't wait to come back!

A Fine Balance Wellness is a welcoming, authentic and beautiful yoga studio. This studio is way more then taking a yoga class. AFBW has so much to offer and is very unique. It is a community of wonderful people. I will be forever grateful for Anna and the A Fine Balance Wellness instructors for helping me find what was missing in my life: The Magic of Yoga.
