This lab has hands down the absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with anywhere.
Their communication is abysmal, taking days or even weeks to communicate simple information.
They're incapable of meeting turn around times, and they're generally clueless about anything going on in the company.
We're thrilled to be moving everything we send them in house. Their lack of quality of any measure was just the motivation we needed.

You're better off anywhere else than at Certified.

GO ANY WHERE ELSE!!!! This company has the been the biggest nightmare I have ever had to deal with in my 17 years professional experienced. I have been working with Micro Quality labs/ now certified for over 10 years and they have become the single biggest head ache in my career. They have absolutely messed up, not 1, not 2, not 3 but FOUR different projects. Set my companies back several months, several thousands of dollars but also created messy FDA submissions for me. Their quoting is confusing, their lab system is ancient and clunky, their protocols are poorly written and terribly done with having every lot on a different protocol, the way they print protocols and physically signed is archaic, they are un organized, they don't have any interest in improving or taking accountability. I cannot say enough terrible things about this company. I could keep going. From start to finish its all terrible and outdated and nothing is clear. please please please save yourself a lot of potential headache. Go anywhere else, I promise any other lab will do things much more efficiently.

If you do not contact them they won’t give you the results you have been waiting for awhile. Their communication skills are terrible, have to email them the same things twice or even more . They do not bother to reply to their emails when they get it for days even though they cc’d ten people from their company . I would never use this lab again and would not recommend to anyone. They do not have a stable turnaround plan, it takes more than a month

Testing a nutritional sample took 3-4 months. The first sample that USPS confirmed was delivered, the lab lost. We had to follow up and provide 5 reminders for anything to happen. In the end, they never found the sample, so we gave up and sent them another sample after wasting 1.5 months. The lab refused to pay for the new sample or provide any compensation at all. Friendly staff, but seems uncoordinated and a bit incompetent.
