Very good experience . I needed to rent a car for a week and was on a budget. Jacob helped me out and dropped off and picked up a Nissan Sentra to my house . Easy no hassle service with reasonable rates. Car was clean , AC was cold and I got about 30 mpg. Would definitely use again 👍

This was listed as Priceless Car Rental on Expedia when I got picked up- never knowing this place was not in the actual airport- in a dated SUV it was listed as Dicount car rental. NO person visiting should rent from here. It is a lot of suvs 2000-2008. My Ford suv which I did not request had 223, 400 miles with check engine and airbag lights on. He also made me pay insurance on this car stating I needed a hard copy of my insurance card it was law. 🙄It was empty on my arrival so I spent $82 for a fillup.😤The owner very nice and you could tell he meant well but this should be for local people only. It was embarrassing to pull up in valet in Hollywood and Beverly Hills in this big old thing.

I just came back from an LA trip that was made so much better because I was able to rent from here. The car was very good with working A/C, clean, pretty decent mileage and range, and amazing price. Best of all was interacting with the owner and getting excellent customer service, including a ride back to the Burbank Airport from his staff. Will definitely be back. Without question, I've found my car rental place for LA. Wish I had found this sooner.

I made a reservation for a great value economy car for a Memorial Day Weekend road trip to visit some dear friends. I made the booking well in advance of the date. I called on the same day and confirmed the reservation.

I picked up the car with ease and had a smooth drive and seamless rental. Oh No Wait, that's not what happened. I arrived at CostLess Car Rental at my confirmed booking time of 4pm on the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend, to be told "there are no cars available for you". I asked when the car I'd booked weeks ago might become available. "We don't know," they said, "the previous renters haven't returned their cars and so we have run out of cars for everyone else who has booked for today." And so my lovely weekend away visiting friends was cancelled, because nowhere else had any vehicles left after 4pm the Friday before a public holiday weekend. They didn't even seem that sorry about it. Thank god I hadn't given them any payment information.

This is my go-to place to inexpensively rent a car when I'm in Los Angeles. This business is easy enough for me to reach by public transit at the 2 airports which I frequent, but I always have the option to call them and ask for a free ride (I take public transit, it's just my preference). I enjoy working with this company, and their cars have served me well for the last 2-3 years.

Rented a car a month long. Car was clean and fairly new. Was able to save good amount of money as the monthly deal i got from them was really good good. Low price, and no problems during the whole rental period. It's a small business. Will come again when I need a car.
